KLARIC Skincare Return & Exchange Policy

Because your skin deserves nothing less than perfect.

At Klaric, every product we put out into the world is made with intention — carefully formulated and thoughtfully packaged before it finds its way to you. We truly believe in what we make, and we want you to love it just as much as we do.

That said, we know things don’t always go as planned, and when they don’t, we’re right here with you.

Here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging a Klaric product.

01. Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of your delivery date for the following reasons:

1. You received a wrong product, not what you ordered.
2. Your product arrived damaged or tampered with.
3. The product you received was expired.

Please note:

– We are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or sale products.
– If your delivery arrives already opened or unsealed, please reject it on the spot and let us know right away.
– Any damage that occurs after the product has been successfully delivered to you falls outside our return window.

02. How to Raise a Request

To start a return or exchange request, please email us at info@klaric.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
– Your order number
– A brief description of the issue
– A photograph of the product, if possible

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 2 working days and get back to you with the next steps.

If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep, available at most locations across India, at no cost to you.

Once the product reaches us and is inspected, we will process your replacement or refund.

03. Exchanges

If a replacement is needed because you received the wrong variant, damaged product, tampered product, or expired product, we will send you the correct product once your return is verified.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund instead.

04. Refunds

We will issue a full refund for any eligible return, including full-priced, unopened, and unused products returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund process:

– Your returned product is received at our warehouse.
– It goes through a quality check against your claim.
– Once verified, we initiate your refund.
– You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
– Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after initiation.
